With Better Impact staff on three continents (all available to you by phone or the support system), member support being part of everyone’s jobs description and a combined 160 years experience in the nonprofit sector, we can support you in ways no other volunteer software company can.

“We’re Here to Help” is far more than a slogan. It drives everything we do. If you need a hand with your Volunteer Impact or Community Impact software, we are here for you in more ways than one.

Chat with us online

When you submit a support ticket, the system will search to see if it can find an answer for you on the fly. If not, your question will get distributed to the support team (and everyone, including the company president is part of the support team). You can set the level of urgency and we will make sure we respond accordingly (or sooner).

Email us

Emailing support@betterimpact.ca is an easy way to submit non-urgent tickets. These get added to the support system that we all access so you never have to rely on one person to answer your questions.

Help Files

We have created a thorough set of help articles and numerous training videos you can use to train yourself on our software. If you’d like, we can even create custom training videos geared specifically to the task your administrators and/or volunteers need to do.

Online Training

It’s easy to set up training sessions with us via the internet where we can both be looking at the same screen, at the same time and working through a training session geared specifically to your needs.

On-site Training

If you’d like some extra help to get started or if your organization will have a number of administrators, we will come to you to deliver hands-on training sculpted to fit your needs.

Complete Program Design

Training Videos

In December 2018 we launched a complete online training course for Volunteer Impact. Donor Impact and Client Impact training courses will be launched in 2019.
